We've made it super simple for you to order stickers you'll love. Once you've added your stickers to your cart, our design team will get to work making your design fit perfectly on the sticker you selected. You have the option to receive a proof via email. You'll get it within 1 business day of placing your order and can make up to 3 free amendments (fees apply for more). Alternatively, you can skip this step by selecting 'I do not want a proof. Please print ASAP.' If you have any special instructions, contact us with your order number and details. If we notice any issues with your file, like small text or low quality, we'll email you. There are loads of file types you can upload to create your stickers. Whether you have your design or logo in Adobe Illustrator format, a heic, eps, pdf, jpg, jpeg or png file, you can upload them in a flash to our custom sticker products. To ensure that you can get a quality print we have kept the minimum file size to be 100kb. If you are having difficulty uploading your file, you can contact customer service & they will be happy to help you. Please note: You cannot upload licensed images, such as Disney characters, or trademarked logos that you do not own the rights to, such as Nike or Minecraft.

Both Custom Die Cut Stickers and Custom Sticker Sheets offer the option to add a white border around your design or go without it. Making sure your font is legible is a tricky thing. Every now again we'll come across a file that includes lots of small details, but was originally designed for a sticker size big enough that the small details are still legible. When someone uploads this detailed file to a smaller sized sticker, all of sudden the details inside the sticker become smaller. Sometimes... so small, they're impossible to read with a naked eye. We recommend only uploading designs with fonts no smaller than 1.5mm in height. For our stickers that are smaller than 4.5cm we also suggest keeping to designs with less complex text elements. For these stickers, you're best to keep with including just a few elements; your logo/business name and one other element. Your instagram handle, website, or mobile number. If your design contains too many elements, it may be difficult to read your fonts on these smaller sized stickers.

Absolutely! We have the capability to incorporate QR codes onto custom stickers. To make it easy for people to scan, we recommend including a white border around your QR code. Additionally, it's advisable to make the QR code a minimum size of 50 mm, allowing all of the fine details of your QR code to print perfectly.

If you order multiple designs in the same order, e.g. candle stickers in a rectangle shape, then we'll make sure that all of the designs are sized the same so that you'll have a consistent look across the entire range. Yes, you sure can. Simply choose our Custom Shaped Sticker Sheets or Die Cut Stickers. Upload your design as normal, add to cart and pay. Once you have your order number, contact Customer Service and let them know you're hoping to create your own cutline. They will be able to provide you with the necessary instructions. This is perfect if you're a graphic designer who has a very specific kiss cut or die cut shape in mind. *Please note you'll need to give us an Illustrator vector file with the cutline on a separate layer.

We like to allow approximately 2-3mm of bleed around a design to allow for our digital cutting machines to cut around your design. We recommend keeping your design elements at least 5mms from the edge of your design to allow for a good bleed & cut line that wont impact the important elements of your design.
